Returns and Replacements

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

  • If you have changed your mind regarding your purchase for any reason, feel free to return your item(s) within 30 days after the date of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and customer pays for return shipping. If we shipped the wrong product to you we will of course pay all shipping charges.
  • We do not accept returns for faded products.
  • While everything possible is done to make sure your sign arrives in good condition sometimes they do not. We are not responsible for damages caused from the carrier or are we responsible for delays from our carriers.
  • Our products are designed for Interior Wall Decor and not for outdoor use. Please inspect your order carefully prior to discarding any packing material.
  •  If a return or exchange needs to be made, please contact us prior to returning the merchandise for proper instructions. You must ship orders back PREPAID. WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD SHIPMENTS. All exchanges need to have reshipping charges included. 
  • All items returned will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Absolutely no returns on special order or closeout merchandise

  • Credit card billing address must match the billing address of the customer placing the order.
  • New York residents will be charged appropriate state/county sales tax.
  • Ordering from the Vintage Sign Shack can be done in our online store or simply contact us 607-638-9230 between the hours of 10:00AM-5:00PM daily and we will be happy to process your order on the phone.
  • You can also fax your order in to us day or night; simply print your order form and fax to us at 607-638-9230.

We currently accept payments via Google Checkout and the Paypal Payment System, payments can be made with a credit car or bank transfer through Paypal.
Vintage Sign Shack; we make every attempt to offer you consistently competitive prices on every item in our store. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We consider many factors in our pricing approach including cost, supply and demand,& customer satisfaction, historical significance, condition, and most importantly, we expect to be in business years from now.

Viewing Orders

It's easy to check the status of your order! Just visit online My Account and sign in with your Vintage Sign Shack ID and password to get a summary of any orders placed online. Youll see your order number, the date the order was placed, the status of the order, order total, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped. If you placed your order over the phone or via mail/fax you can check your order status by contacting one of our customer services specialists at 1-607-638-9230 or emailing Customer Support

Order status messages, Commonly used order statuses include:

    • Pending - We've received your order. If it showing a pending status you may still have the ability to change or cancel the order.
    • Processing - Your items have already been prepared for shipment and cannot be changed by our customer service department. Well send you an email when your item(s) have shipped.
    • Shipped - We've shipped your order using the shipping method you selected. You can track your shipment from online My Orders.
    • Cancel Items or Order. Please contact a customer service specialist at 1-607-638-9230 to discuss your request*.
    • If you are unable to cancel item(s) online and need to make a return, please review the Returns and Refunds section of online Help.

*To expedite this request please include your Purchase Order Number, Customer Number, Name, and/or Billing address.*

Updating Account Information

You can update your online account profile information anytime, just log into the Vintage Sign Shack MY ACCOUNT tab on the top right. Once you have successfully logged in, You can update the following information once you've reached the profile page:

  • Email Address
  • User Name
  • Password
  • payment Address
  • Shipping Address

Updates to your online account profile are effective immediately.
